Air-shower
Air Shower – is a self-contained enclosure that uses high-velocity jets of HEPA-filtered air to help decontaminate personnel and equipment before entering or exiting a controlled environment. The inside of the air shower is lined with multiple evenly distributed nozzles, pointed at various angles to optimize the air scrubbing process. The nozzles shoot concentrated streams of class 100 micro-filtered air to shake off and wash away loose particles and other contaminants clinging to the surface of personnel or equipment.

Adjustable Stainless Steel Air Shower nozzles
Stainless steel air shower nozzles withstand frequent sterilizing and minimize particle shedding. The recessed design provides more clearance inside the air shower and protects the nozzle from collisions. Protruding design has a smaller footprint and greater adjustability.

Pre-filtration
Pre –Filter EU 5/6 Grade, with an efficiency of 95% down to 5 microns at return air. These air filters are made from High-Density Polyurethane Mesh (HDPM) and are inherently washable
Emergency Stop
Three emergency stop button is mounted on Two both sides of the shower and a third one is inside the shower
Indicator lights to signal door status
Indicator lights are mounted on both sides of the exterior of the air shower to regulate traffic flow, in and out of the cleanroom.

Illumination
LED Light for Better Visibility and Eco-friend
- Removes surface-deposited particles from personnel prior to entering the cleanroom
- HEPA-filtered air (rated 99.99% efficient at 0.3 microns) washes over personnel to dislodge loose particles that accumulate on garments
- The electromagnetic interlock system prevents the doors from opening before the air shower cycle is completed, protecting the cleanroom from cross-contamination
- Door locks automatically release in the event of a power outage or if one of the Emergency Exit buttons is pressed
- Shower time and door interlock duration can be programmed
- Air nozzles can be adjusted to redirect streams of air

One-Way
(Left Illustration): Personnel may enter the controlled environment but not exit through the air shower. At the idle state, the clean side door is locked while the grey side is unlocked. This mode of operation is useful for controlling traffic patterns in and out of the controlled environment.
Two-Way One-Way
(Middle Illustration): Personnel may enter or exit the controlled environment through the air shower. The air shower program is able to detect if the person is entering or exiting the controlled environment via door sensors and a time-sequenced control.
Two-Way
(Right Illustration): Personnel may enter or exit the controlled environment through the air shower. In both directions, the air shower is activated. This mode of operation is useful in pharmaceutical and lab animal research applications to prevent the egress of hazardous substances and allergens from the controlled environment.
